Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is served by approximately 10 bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. Patterson will attract physically active home buyers because it is suited for biking. In particular, there are a good number of bike lanes. Walking is not very practical for property owners in Patterson as running daily errands is sometimes difficult without needing a car.
